Feeling Blue: Mondial Assistance becomes Allianz Global Assistance

Mondial Assistance, a leading provider of emergency travel assistance and insurance services, recently celebrated a "blue" beginning with a special event on February 1st, held in honour of its rebranding to Allianz Global Assistance. The brand launch event, attended by the company’s 250 associates and special guests from other Canadian-based Allianz entities, was held at Allianz Global Assistance’s Canadian head office, located in the former “Lulu’s Roadhouse” building in Kitchener. With a theme of “Feeling Blue Never Felt So Good!“, the celebration highlighted the change from the Mondial Assistance “red” brand to the “blue” logo and brand of Allianz, while paying homage to the musical history of the Lulu's building. The celebration included "blues" style sunglasses and “Backstage” VIP passes for all guests, a live blues music performance by Mike Whaling, catered lunch and an official ribbon cutting ceremony.
