Skate in the Square

This event was a wonderful opening to the Uptown Waterloo Square Rink. Snowflakes, music and happy public skaters adorned the Sunday afternoon before Christmas. It was a fantastic venue for Uptown Waterloo, attended by council and Mayor Brenda Halloran as well as many enthused citizens. Hoping for cold weather... founders Jim Playford, Paul Rossi, and David Martin were ecstatic about the magical day!
