Community Support Connections

Four local agencies have merged to better serve the low income, elderly and disabled in Waterloo Region. In April 2007, Meals on Wheels of K-W & Cambridge, Raise Home Support for the Elderly, Kitchener-Waterloo Friendship Group for seniors & Community Home Support of Cambridge merged to ensure that all the needs of their senior clients are met so they can remain in their homes longer.The grand opening of the Community Support Connections agency at 420 Weber St. N. was held on Nov. 6th and local dignitaries and city council members were also in attendance.
